Electrostatic powder coating is a process where negatively charged powder particles are sprayed onto metal surfaces using electrostatic methods and then cured at high temperatures. It is solvent-free, environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and offers long-lasting protection.

✅ Powder coating is a solvent-free, eco-friendly process. It is applied in powder form and cured in an oven to adhere to the surface. Wet paint is solvent-based and requires a longer drying time. Powder coating is more durable and economical.

✅ At Focussan, we can coat parts up to 8 meters in length with electrostatic powder coating. This allows us to serve even large-scale industrial needs.
❓ Can powder-coated surfaces be used outdoors?
✅ Yes. When applied correctly, powder coating is highly resistant to UV rays, moisture, and external conditions. It is ideal for outdoor applications such as façades, garden furniture, and wrought iron structures.
❓ Which materials can be powder coated?
✅ Generally, powder coating is suitable for conductive materials like steel and aluminum. It is not suitable for non-conductive surfaces such as plastic or wood.
